Now that we have a server it is time to move.
We have a lot to get to grips with very quickly.
PROPOSAL: Server work day
→ work out what needs to be done

That's probably the very last try we get to do this
We need to get our stuff back:
DNS: Someone apart from Jason needs to have access
TRAC: Database dumps of needed to set up again on new FSF box
Forum: probably running on aktivix would be a better option → DB dump needed
save: wiki & list
We have to it now and right.
It will take a lot of person hours. Do we have these?
It's serious. We hadn't any real progress for a long time and people are deserting and declaring BLAG as dead.

agreed on the points raised. but ppl will be coming back when a new version of BLAG is released. it's well-known in a core-user group.
They will come back when everything is up and running again. the blaggers know about our problems and although they cannot help technically, once a new release comes, they'll do as well.

90002 needs to be released soon or sooner
This requires an intesive period of a steep learning curve for all of us.
TRAC should be going wild with any imaginable ideas.
immediately:
-repo building stuff
-rsync the repo back and learn how update scripts work
-get updated to all the latest packages
- FSF box will get all the stuff from jebba's dev box
- we then look at the development scripts

*copy jebba box > new box *look at update scripts to see if they work still *update box with newer packages *we can also create a new "built by blaggers testing" repo we can start to feed these in for 90003 i feel but for 90002, newer versions of what we've got upstream and outstanding trac items (dependency issues) *for iso, leave existing pavckage list as far as possible *test roll *from scratch install *dist-upgrade install *from cd upgrade *tweak *release
